Why does this magazine present such a singular, straightforward and hegemonic represntation of women?

Representations are shaped by the time that they were made To what extent does this apply to Les Revenants? Les Revenants presents complex and powerful representations of women in particular which reflects the time in which it was made.  Audience Theories: Albert Bandura- Media Effects - Media can implant ideas into the mind of the audience directly. - Audiences  acquire attitudes, emotional responses and behaviours through media products modelling ideologies. -  If a media product represents  behaviour such as violence or physical aggression, this can lead audience members to imitate those forms of behaviour.
